Well Friday I went to spin was right on time but all the bikes were full the whole class was full darn it! So I went home, should of stayed to do circut class or something but had cramps and just wanted to go home and relax. Kriss got home a little early and I was really happy to have him home. Good eats for the day, just no workout as I had planned.

It's been a very long week!

Yesterday morning I did about 20 minutes of pilates and then 10 minute meditation. Was good. My meals were ok, but I ate out of frustration and stress a little, but made good decisions when eating more calories than planned for. Went to spin this morning was AWESOME!!!! burned a TON of cals!!!! Worked really hard!!!  But I think it is one of the only times I have sat down all day!  LOL  and sitting in spin isnt a relaxing ride through the park!  Eats were great water was great...was a good day!  Should see some awesome results at the end of this week.
