Sweet Saturday....
Saturdays are my days. It's my day to think about my past week and what my plan is for the upcoming week. It's the day I feel the most motivated about my work, fitness, and home life. I tend to eat better on the weekends then I do during the week. I think because I stay home all day I remember it's time to eat and I have time to cook it all and get organized.
I cant lie, this week pretty much SUCKED as far as workouts go! My food wasn't so bad. I did enjoy some Halloween candy and a free meal dinner out of sympathy for my family not losing their heads while we were out trick-or-treating...lol. NOT an excuse for a free meal but it was planned so it was ok. Although because I was trying to be thrifty about it I chose mcdls. YUCK I had a dried out crispy chicken sand with wilted lettuce and a green tomato. The fries were yummy though and I sucked down that diet soda so fast the ice never had a chance! First soda all week and boy was I in heaven with it.... When my sweet husband went up to get me a refill they said "no refills". "Are you FRICKEN kidding me???????" I said. A multi-million dollar co. wont give me a .05 cent refill on my diet soda????????? RIDICULOUS!!!
Anyhow I had to rant about that cause things piss you off and well stress you out!
I worked-out 2x this week...yes like I said workouts sucked! I got a chest and triceps workout in, then got through 1 interval before I was called to the childcare because my son had a bathroom accident. This morning I did do some hill sprints, wanted to do 6 but could only handle 4 today. With all this time off and that "time of month" I decided that was alright today. Meals are planned for the day and I am on track to get them all in. I figured out my cals and what ratios I will be using. DANGIT i need to take measurements and pix! I will do that in the morning...I promise..hehee.
Last night I had triscuits, 2 string cheese and some life cereal for dinner. The fish tacos I was gonna make would of taken too long after I got done training and stopping at the grocery store. This shows me and you all, that I NEED to pre-make my foods unless it's a weekend.
So I have my workouts planned for the week times and all. Meals are getting planned and pre-made this weekend. It's ON PEOPLE!!! LETS ROCK!
