ANGIE - 1st post

Hi, this is Angie and here is my first workout of our new blog! Glad to have you here to join us! Feel free to ask any questions!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Today was good day for me. I just lowered my calories this week to see if I can shed a couple pounds and some BF. I'm currently doing 1300-1400 cals per day. I ate about 1350 and did well. Not feeling any hunger, so that's good. Workouts were good. This morning I did some pilates and tonight did my Turbulence Training Workout. I am doing the TT for Fat Loss January 2007. Tonights workout looked like this: 1A) DB Squats (8, 8, 12) 1B) DB Incline Press (8, 8, 12) 2A) DB Row (8, 8, 12) 2B) 1-Leg Bench Squat (8) 3A) DB Swing (15) 3B) Squat Thrust w/ Pushup (10) I didn't to the ab workout tonight though. Maybe I will do it tomorrow. ~Angie
