Happy it's Monday!!!!
Yep! Im happy its monday! I got to do the circut class I have been spying on for the past couple weeks. I work at the gym in the daycare, if you dont know me. So every week I see some of the girls who work in the morning out there bustin a sweat and im jealous im not out there with them...I know pretty strange if your not a freak like me and dont love to workout.
So anyways missed spin class this morning, my kids made me late, so i skipped it. Went tonight before circut class instead. No I dont usually do that much every day! I am trying something new. For varitey and to get to my goal size. Anyways it was a BLAST!!! I think I will do that every Mon. night!
The spin class is great cardio and works your whole body! The circut class was great to get some body weight exercises in, some abs and a little more cardio...plus it was really fun...they both are! If you have never tried them you need to even if you only go for half the class nobody cares and i doubt anyone would notice if you slipped out early. We all need variety in our workouts or they just stop working. So if your bored, hate the eliptical or tredmill try something new even if your scared! Everyone has to go for the first time at some point.
Wore my HR monitor and it told me working intense (as i was) I burned through 1538 in 1 hour of spin class and 1/2 of the circut class. So yay!!!
Right now I am not tracking my cals on sparks, but I figure im around 14-1500 a day. I was at 16-1800 and seeing NO results as far as losing weight or inches or BF%. I think I could have a slight thyroid problem got that checked Dr said no im normal but i am taking coconut oil everyday because I read it is very good for you and it helps level out your thyroid. So I brought my cals down a bit also cause if you have even a slight thyroid problem it is very hard to lose weight and you need to take your cals down about 200 less then recommended on any weight loss site (unless it is one of those generic one size fits all 1200 cal diets that i think are ridiculous!) I stay away from most anything that is processed. If it is processed at all it is something like cottage cheese or 100% whole wheat bread. I eat as close to how God made it as I can. Also as cheap as I can...LOL! Which is HARD when you are eating clean!
